With an optional EcoBoost engine, the Edge helps return great fuel economy. Ultimately, with slick styling and a solid build, the Edge is a well-rounded crossover with a lot to offer consumers.

Ford Transit Trims

SE

The Ford Edge SE comes standard with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 285 horsepower. The SE comes loaded with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is optional. Also optional, but only with two-wheel drive, is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder EcoBoost engine that produces 240 horsepower. It comes paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and rates an impressive 24 mpg in combined driving that generates 240 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The SE comes with air-conditioning, 17-inch alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, cruise control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, reclining rear seats, a 4.2-inch display screen, and a six-speaker sound system with a CD player and an auxiliary audio jack.

SEL

Upgrading to the Ford Edge SEL trim gets you all of the options included in the SE as well as 18-inch alloy wheels, heated mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, an eight-way power driver seat (includes power lumbar), and second-row seat, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated seats, the MyFord Touch interface, and a back-up camera. It comes standard with the same 3.5-liter V6 engine as the S that produces 285 horsepower. Also optional on the SEL is the 2.0 liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine. All-wheel drive is also optional but can’t be had with the EcoBoost engine.

LIMITED

The Ford Edge Limited trim comes standard with the same 3.5-liter V6 engine with an optional 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder EcoBoost engine. All-wheel drive is optional as well but can’t be had with the EcoBoost engine. The upscale Limited trim comes standard with most of the SEL’s optional features and adds 18-inch chrome-?nish alloy wheels, an eight-way power front passenger seat, and the 12-speaker Sony sound system with HD radio.

SPORT

The Ford Edge Sport comes standard with a 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces 305 horsepower. The Sport model comes with all of the SEL's standard equipment and adds 22-inch wheels, a more powerful V6 engine, HD radio, a 12-speaker Sony sound system, a sport-tuned suspension, transmission paddle shifters, unique bodywork, and special exterior styling.
